To ensure authenticity of a worker, Rozgar will verify his/her identity through NADRA database. This will include verification of name, father’s name, date of birth and addresses (temporary and permanent)
We will obtain a written report from the local police station near the residence of your worker to check if he/she has been involved in criminal activity.
The candidate’s salary at their previous place of employment will be verified to ensure correct and accurate information
The candidate’s educational degrees will be verified for authenticity directly with the respective educational institution
A check will be made on the candidate’s credit history to find out if they have any outstanding debts that they currently face
Verification with previous employers shall be undertaken to confirm that the candidate has indeed worked there and if so, in which capacity
We will visit the residential address provided for your worker to physically verify that he/she resides there. The report will include geo coordinates of the workers residence, photographs of the residence, and locality.
During physical inspection of a worker’s address, testimonials of neighbours, other than relatives, will be collected to verify that your worker has good character.
If applicable, your workers will be verified from the Nazim or Union Councillor of his area. This service is only applicable to workers with permanent residence located in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Two references will be taken from the candidate from his work circle or locality, which will further ensure his/her authenticity.
